Only barbel bite of the day, caught on spam at 12.30pm using a ground bait feeder with pellets in.
Fish weighed 5lb 7oz. Had a few other plucks which i assumed to be chub. Generally very slow with the river low and clear.

Only managed to fish for a couple of hours due to unforeseen issues, caught one pike that was probably low double figures

Fished maggot and hemp in the blockend feeder, loads of dace and bleak , odd chub and one small barbel

2 fat eels and one chub all on luncheon meat from a swim halfway along the beat, just past the no fishing area I coming from L Lydbrook. Beautiful still day but I'm afraid my lack of knowledge in this swim, cost me. Could have been a much better day if I'd realised there was sunken boulders directly in front and three lost ledgers and swimfeeders later, I realised it and cast to the left instead.
However, stunning setting and I will fish it much better next time.

Only fished for 4 hours , had a few chub and one good barbel on feeder with meat on the hook .
