really slow morning , 2 chub. Barbel starting feeding in the afternoon but made the mistake of leaving early to watch the Liverpool game. 2 Barbel around 7lb. 2 lost at the net. all caught on pellet.

River in perfect condition. A little over the croyes. Rolled meat through a few swims without any luck. Trotted meat did the trick. Fished below the hut. Did think the chub would switch on as they say but alas not. Lovely beat. Will be back again.
