River very low, small amount of fly life but no signs of any fish. Camping rubbish left on river bank.

River down to gutter level. Small trout on dry in pool tail & one missed take on nymph. Otherwise very quiet with grayling in hiding, but a pleasant way to while away a sunny September afternoon.

Trout was from the left hand bank, almost opposite the owner's fishing hut, on a small heavy nymph. The small grayling were from the mouth of Clettwr Brook on a size 20 parachute adams.

Low water, sunny warm day , 2 chub and 1 eel feeder fishing and 1 chub on a float

Fished the morning, lots of boat traffic. Plenty of Chub to be had, but was after Barbel. 1 small Barbel & 3 Chub.

First time fishing this beat and really impressed. Good access if driving to hut and plenty of lovely swims. I went down to Pylon/Luggsmouth area and had 4 good chub, mate fished on a croy near hut and had chublets trotting and 9-4 barbel on feeder. Not too bad in very difficult conditions. Will definitely be back though.

A lovely day on this beat, which I haven't fished before. Bright sunshine and low river made fishing difficult, but still a few fish about. Trout all on the small side, but grayling were better. The best dace was 1/2 lb! I saw some large chub cruising around. Comparaduns to rising fish, otherwise emergers, kinks and nymphs (16, 18s).

Complete waste of time & money; Dulas is virtually empty and very dry. Unfishable. Wish I’d known in advance. Doubt you’ll refund me, however.
