Saw some, moved a few, connected with 3, landed 1!
Nice WBT of about half a pound. We only fished dry and focused on the runs and riffles. The top end of the best being more active than the bottom. Tough fishing for sure

Afternoon session. No significant hatches with only one rising fish seen. All fish on weighted nymph.

Grayling about 1lb and caught on a black Honryu kabari. the trout were about 3/4lb and caught on a black Futsū kebari

Very, very low and nothing seen. Fished the lower beat for an hour or so on a lovely warm evening - lots hatching. Rain forecast for next week! ????

Did not fish due to low water, bright sunshine and an easterly wind.

Only one fish moved and one other seen, conditions were perfect but pretty obvious that the local Otter & mink population have been dining well. An abundance of Spraint showing signal crayfish predominance but almost certainly fish stocks are affected heavily at present.
