Lovely river and a great spot - water was crystal clear if a bit low in places could do with another a foot of water.
Tricky wading in a few deep pools with overhanging branches that makes casting tricky. A few March Browns around but not much rising fish.

Wind quite gusty at times - and chilly- but we were pleased the find the river itself in excellent condition. Large hatch of LDOs. We each caught a good trout 1 3/4lb and 2lb. Should have caught more perhaps but a really enjoyable day on the river even so ????
