I started the day of fishing spiders and then moved on to euro nymphing. As with most rivers at this time of year it was quite low but there were plenty of fish to be caught in the faster deeper runs. Had a great morning fishing in gorgeous countryside, I’ll definitely be returning

9 chub caught biggest about 3lbs and 1 small barbel about 3lbs all caught on meat no takes on pellet

Two caught on an olive nymph, and three on a black gnat, in the late evening rise

Great days fishing 2 Barbel and some nice chub. Biggest Chub 4.5lb
