Junior ticket bought for my seven year old daughter to have a go during the holidays. A few bites missed on popped up legered worm, but nothing landed. We only managed an hour or so before she wanted to leave, as they do when they're that age. A lovely place to spend some time. I'd have thought that any half competent angler should manage to land a few to take home with a full days fishing.

Beautiful stretch, access was good as conditions were dry, rough steps cut in to steep banks to give access to swims, would be treacherous if wet. Car did struggle slightly getting up the very last slope to the gate but got up eventually.
Evening session, fantastic chub fishing, lots of fish up to about 4lbs but no barbel had unfortunately. All chub on float fished meat close in. One take on ledger but came off.
