Water coloured, very little fish activity. Only one small trout which was returned to the water.
Spotted two mink patrolling the river bank at various locations - I wonder if that has anything to do with the poor fishing on my past few visits?

There all. Day. One fish caught on spinner clearly they are not stocking this enough. Not even stocked for Easter weekend. Waste money and time. Some thing needs be done about this. Stock regular not every 3 weeks. !!!!

Not the kindest of weather - cold and wet. Managed to land 3 WBT - one off the top in the brief hatch that lasted at least 5 minutes, the other to nymphs. All from the top of the beat and were returned safely.
Brecon Webcam: 1'2". Good amount of water and surprisingly clear.

Looking at the gauges, I thought the river would be lower. Lots of water- no way I was getting in. I wonder if there could be some guidance from beat owners on the passport? I'm sure some owners would be worried about losing business, but they would actually get more if fishers know when to spend their bucks.
