First time on this beat, I had a cracking session on the top part. 16 Barbel from 4lbs to 7lbs 15oz . Most fell to pellet/boilie on the feeder. Biggest one took meat. River was rising steady all day with good colour. Realistically only about 3 fishable swims in this section with this amount of water on.might be a struggle with 4 anglers booked on. Dog spike essential. I will be back though

A tough day at the office. All fish caught on pellet.

Fantastic days fishing on a rapidly rising river. All fish falling to either pellets or meat on the hook and feeder. Struggled to hold bottom as the day went on, so switched to heavy ledgers. A great day all round!

River on the rise and some debris floating through. Plenty of chub around in good condition about 3 to 4lbs.
