Pleasant day. Barbel came mid morning but did not show in the evening (suspect I finished in the wrong swim). Plenty of chub of all sizes up to about 4lb legering and trotting - lost track of the numbers.

7 fine Chubb up to 5lb on pellet and feeder in difficult conditions with the river so low which unfortunately made it ideal for the large volume of canoists. Beautiful location and an enjoyable day.
