The Hindwell is now very low and clear and fish easily spooked. Fished a couple of hours this afternoon using duo. All fish to a bead head nymph in the faster water.

A really lovely spot, river was low. We didn't catch any trout but managed a few small chub on pheasant tail nymphs between us.

another short session, little bit of colour and extra water to liven things up. One nice brownie on a PTN and another slightly smaller- 9inches? - up top on a parachute pattern. Missed a close range rise to the same para from a much larger fish but ain't that so often the way.
