One of my favourite beats. New Zealand style with caddis on the top and pheasant tail nymph took 9 browns to 14 inches between the three of us

Bright day, little wind, but no fish. Tried a variety of dries but had no luck today

sunny day 20* No shortage of rising fish, but as far as fishermen are concerned, many of them seemed to be under a "Nil by mouth" orderer so it seemed despite our attempts to feed them. 5 trout between two rods on small dry flies and nymphs. best fish 1.1/2 lbs

Another short session and fish on the top. A bit fussy but lots of interest in various drys.

River looks great and the level was fine. A couple of fish moved, but nothing caught.

River gin clear and fish wary. Nice 2lb brown and 1.5ld grayling. Both on Kline and dink with gold ribbed hares ear Very nice bit of river

No Salmon seen but the river was alive with shad never seen so many !
