A delightful stream but very full, fast flowing and coloured after heavy rain. Fished for a while but without success.

Lovely looking stretch of the Wye, arrived at 0700, fished various swims throughout the day, conditions were wet and windy. All fish came to pellet and feeder.
All the fish caught were in superb condition and fought like demons. A very enjoyable day. Barbel to 9lb and chub to 51b.

Good days fishing but not easy probably due to recent pressure.

Most on dry fly despite cold, windy rainy conditions. I only fished for a few hours as I got there late. Lovely beat

A few fish seen through the day. Had one good take but nothing landed. Used a black and orange tube 1".

We only fished in the afternoon today, so we were very happy with this return. All fish were caught on feeder and pellet. Thank you WUF.

First time I have fished this beat. Great stretch. Unfortunately weather very wet and cold. Only one chub for my efforts.

Afternoon session that produced 6 trout to 16" either on deep nymphs and later dries

Cold morning session that produced three lovely fish at 14" and two at 18" in the faster deeper water. All taken on a cased cassis imitation fished deep.
