Good day had catching chub up to 4lb on float and feeder one eel at 4 lb was a surprise to my son who had managed not to catch one up to know had to laugh when he said how do I unhook it

Surprisingly hard day considering conditions were good.

Very good fishing conditions in view it was raining which inevitably dispersed the boating and swimming traffic which can be a real issue here…..Fishing was steady and we caught one Barbel which looked every inch and ounce to be a double but of course was a 9 something…Enjoyable day and we will return soon.
