River still low, though I notice this morning it's risen by 45cm!! (02/10/22)

Sport was slow with only a couple of chub from the far swim in the morning.

Moved to steps and adjacent swim at 3pm and started catching. Barbel was 4lb 13oz. Chub were 2-4lb. Bait was the usual, pellet and meat on feeder. Beautiful surroundings as always.

Great day.. kept active with loads of chub all around the 3 - 4lb mark. Other 4 were eels.

River Was very low managed to fish the pool

River ok in morning although low and clear,however rose rapidly in the afternoon and quickly became un fishable .

All fish caught on near margin.
