Nice day eventually , met office predicted rain but gladly it didn't occurs, good overcast day which I would of thought be ideal for trout but seemed to be a dull day, 3 bites and 1 fish caught, enjoyed the day through

will be back, would be good to know when it's stocked through as a lot of people think it's under stocked

Good day out, unfortunately no salmon caught nor seen, but caught 2 small trout on a Yellow/Orange flamethrower while fishing for salmon

Dull morning and water level very low. No fish seen. No bites or catches.

Looking better here after some pruning.
Had a couple of hours this afternoon.
A few olives hatching and the odd rise seen.
2 small trout on a DHE and 2 on nymph.

Few fish rising but no takes, lots of debris in the water and plenty to snag on. I tried a parachute for most of the beat then swapping to a killer bug, but no interest from the fish. Any fish that were there were easily spooked. Lovely stream to fish and I’ll be back another day just not my luck today.

7 x trout 7-14 inches, Deer Hair Emerger and Waterhen Bloa. Water still very low but at least not too bright today. Large Dark Olives and still a few March browns.
