10 fish up to 2.5 lbs (two over 2 lbs), all on PTN. Good mixed hatch (incl some mayflies and even a giant stonefly seen) mainly at about 1 to 3 pm. Cool, clear evening so(?) no evening rise.

Not much happening on this day. The water was fairly low and very spooky fish. Nice hatch in the evening saw a few rises but no takes.

River quite low however this stretch has one or two deep runs which proved productive, 1 x brown caught and released, just under the 1lb mark, dry fly in early morning. Excellent beat with lots of options, would be harder/more dangerous to wade in higher water in some parts so care needed.
