Good conditions again today, 3 caught throughout the morning, went quiet during the rain and then one more just as the light started to fade

2 Barbel, 4 Chub nice few hours spent on a wonderful stretch of the Wye. Large Pike causing some problems in the swim.

Very slow day. The water was a little bit fast but still reasonably clear. One small brown trout on a nymph but no grayling.

Hooked one that got off before landing but nothing else.

fished the field section upstream of the car park all fish came in 1.5 hours late morning. river falling and coloured weather overcast lots of snags.

Good days fishing but as stated before the banks are dangerous and need attention.

Only had 2 bites all day which resulted in the 2 fish both 4.1/2lb chub first then barbel mate never had a bite all day .
