Warm sunshine and showers throughout the day. Baited a few swims on arrival but in the end stayed in my first choice by the oak. Bites came all day and managed to land 14 hard fighting commons some of which were heavily in spawn
fish ranged from 9lb up to 17lb

Water falling til the Llanstfan guage just breaking the surface. Water has been clearing all day long. Should be prefect for a fly tomorrow. No fish seen, flying C working well but no action.. Plenty of fly hatching judging be the swallows and martins having a feast.
