River low and clear. Wide range of baits tried on feeder but did not get a knock. Lovely spot to spend an afternoon and there were always the cows for company

Sunny, very windy day spent on Carodoc. Hard work on the float long trotting, but rewarded with lots of small chub.
Later on in the day picked up a couple of nice barbel and a chub on ledgered luncheon meat.
Will be back.

Bit of a struggle today, with the river very low and slow. Had a decent chub (4lb 4oz) early on, but that proved it for the trip. Tried a couple of swims with no further success. With the long journey home, I left early afternoon

what an amazing place to fish...nothing caught this time but i will be back for another crack at it

Very enjoyable day on this lovely fishery. River was very low and clear and the wind was blowing a hooley but managed 3 nice barbel and an eel. Had a nice chat with the bailiff who is always very helpful. Will be back soon.

Low and very clear challenging first visit to this stretch. Good sized chub taken on moving baits. One eel take on meat. Lovely stretch will return.
