Blank number 9 in a row ! Have left all my fishing tackle , waders etc in a pile in the car park and given it up as a bad job !!! Please feel free to help yourself !!!!????????

One trout of 12oz, returned. Fought hard for an hour and 35 minutes before I overcame it with the help of local farm hands and a tractor.

Enjoyable day fishing both Dinas and Abercynrig. Reasonable flush of small upwings during the morning but sadly little interest from the fish. All fish caught from faster water using either traditional upstream nymph tactics or Klink & Dink. Nothing huge with a mixture of palm of your hand sized stuff to the occasional fish around the pound mark. Good fun!

I can't understand this but have seen it before. The fish might be or are there but for some reason they are not playing ball. They are not even showing just to give you a bit of hope. Again nothing caught or seen

Red letter for Alfy, 22 barbel, his head is growing as we speak. River in great condition.

Perfect day river at a nice level with a nice colour 16 barbel between us 1 double each 10lb 14oz & 10lb 2oz. Great stretch of river caught on pellets. Back for another go Friday.
