Fished from 8am until 6pm, a few bites through the day kept it fairly interesting with some caught and some missed.
4 perch and 8 trout caught and the trout were really disappointing - barely keepable sizes, it's a shame these are being stocked so small to be honest.
All fish caught on worm, mix of bubble float and raised off the bottom with a polyball. No bites on spinner.

Fishing a feeder in high pressure, clear conditions with small 8- 14mm hook baits. Changing bait types and sizes regularly and recasting every 10-20 mins max to keep the bait going in.

River level wasn't too low and rose about 6 inches during the day, the fish fed in spells throughout the day, all fell to feeder fished pellets chub to 4.5lb and barbel to 6lb.

A good flow at about 8" on Brecon gauge, following first rain of late summer last week, but the trout were doing nothing. Tried duo, French nymphing and streamer. One small fish on a Daddy. The water was clear, there was plenty of benthic algae, and there was no hatch or rise to speak of.

Barbel to 8lb, Chub to 3lb.
Used feeders with pellets or meat on the hook. Barbel started to feed late afternoon as the river was rising.
Beautiful place, we had a great day.
