Great sport on this beat, access provided a small challenge but the rewards were there. Fish all came from faster moving water sections. Had a BP Barbel at 10lbs 1oz and a chub at 5lbs 9oz. A few other barbel missed.

Early morning session with nice overcast conditions. First trout on dry dropper set up, trout taken in the faster water at head of pool, next five trout came to Euro nymph set up.

I did not fish the beat, as in my opinion the river was unfishable.

River low and clear, caught all fish on meat and pellet
