Tough fishing in squally wind, rain and hail. One brown trout between two anglers. Best fishing was in the deeper water at the top end of the reservoir near the bird hide.

Tough conditions. River high and brown. Very very windy so pleased to land one small wild brown trout half way down the stretch. Caught on a brown nymph and returned

Fished a half day and manged the one fish to the net, and another two set free at a distance ????. Fished a team of three wet flies.

First time out this season and nice to be out after the long wet winter. Still a bit chilly and strong flow on the stream.
