4 anglers fished although only 2 fished seriously due to a lack of access to the river. More accessibility is required if this stretch continues to be marketed as suitable for 4 anglers.

Water level was extremely low making the fishing hard.

Only fished for a couple of hours am. River at a nice height but still carrying a lot of colour. Nothing seen or caught.

Terrible fishing again, river in a bit better condition, but bites difficult to come by. This was mainly due to getting snagged almost every chuck. I definitely would not recommend Wyebank. Two days fishing with few fish to show for it, and no barbel. I will not be returning.

Single Chub caught on rolled meat at the bottom of the beat. Utterly disappointing 2 days fishing on Wyebank. I do not recommend this beat. Uncountable number of times snagged and snapped off. Finished early in the Sunday as that fed up with the lack of bites and lost tackle. ????

River with good colour and height sunny conditions all day not ideal but managed 4 good chub and a solitary barbel the other was an Eel of about 2lb,all taken luncheon meat.

Great day! River clearing after yesterday's heavy rain. Caught a hen salmon (roughly 33") on a #6 Munro Killer at the head of the Lady Alexander's Catch beat. The fish was carefully released and seemed to be none the worse for being caught. Fished a floating line with a 5ft fast sink polyleader.
Dippers and kingfishers were busily flying around today; I also spotted a white wading bird - little egret possibly?

Nice venue - enjoyable fishing. Challenging drive to pegs with steep hill on tracks through fields, van only just made it back up (though no problem for SUVs) - be careful in the wet as potential to get stuck. Overall a good days fishing in a lovely setting but not so many fish between 4 people.
