Fished for Salmon. Had to spin, river still high and coloured. Not a thing moved, stirred , touched or seen! Apparantly well up river the results were good, all the fish bolting through whilst they could. Several canoes, bank hols weekend. Mayfly showing well. To deep to wade.

Weather was warm but overcast. Four common carp and one eel landed. The four carp weighed; 12, 16, 16 and 18lb, and the eel was between 18 and 22 inches in length.
