was in a difficult swim because of overhead tree had lots of bites but only managed one chub, there was lots of
weed running through dragging the line

Fished hard in most pools on beat . Lost a fish when it took on the dangle , not hooked but felt it, also had a pluck in the leaning willow pool

Fished hard well hard for me left tired and sore, lots of water covered with nothing to show for it

13oz brown caught on nymph Many small trout put back Very happy day; very satisfied guest who normally fishes Salmon on the Tay and Alaska!

2 of us fishing 3 others fishing when we arrived and we had a job to find a swim all very overgrown and unfishable was a bit disappointed with the state of the swims in the meadow

Really lovely beat and very well looked after. Nearly all Chub over 4lb and Barbel up to 8lb. 6lb Pike took a squid flavoured pellet! All fish in immaculate condition and gave tremendous fights to the net. Got a right good soaking in the afternoon and the evening mist made it very atmospheric.......the Wonderful Wye
