River clear. Fish caught on paste and pellet

First day of two at this stretch , some rain the day before which is obviously much needed, gave me some hope, unfortunately virtually impossible to fish as so much weed coming through, Couldn’t keep a bait on the bottom for more than a minute, very frustrating, so nothing caught

Challenging beat if you try to do the whole length thing, lots of fallen trees to pass about 1/3 way in and there's no escaping! Water was low and some colour following rain earlier. Several rises but only netted one.

Great days fishing once again on a beautiful stretch of river. All fish in fine condition
