The Disserth Ithon comprises around 3 miles of river, just downstream of Llandrindod Wells. It offers the chance of wild trout, grayling and the occasional chub. A mixture of shale and bedrock, the wading is quite difficult. It is mostly right bank fishing with a 2/3 mile section of double bank towards the middle.

Half price evening tickets can be purchased from 1st May and after 1pm on the day of fishing. Fishing is allowed from 5pm.

**This beat now allows TROTTING with maggots for grayling between 1st November and 2nd March**

Please note that exclusivity is not guaranteed. A Fishing Club also have access to the beat and may occasionally fish. However, with approx. 3 miles or river available, the chances of meeting another angler are remote.
