One small fish for four rods. Disappointed to see FIVE local youth with spinning rods. Did not appear to have a licence when challenged. One tried to sell me a two pound trout. These gents will not have added to already difficult July fishing. Low water. Waste of a day really Shame. Had a good day here last year.

Lovely afternoon fly fishing a few fish rising throughout the afternoon. Such a shame that people think it’s ok to leave there litter and disposable barbecues everywhere.

Beautiful section of the Towy, we loved the classic look of the pools with fast runs a deep mid sections. Didn’t mind not catching anything or getting wet in the rain but struggled to keep going by 11pm. We heard a big fish jumping out so know there are a few about. Mike
