Worked the whole of the beat from start to finish over a 9 hr period. two trout, but no salmon takes on the fly or seen.. Water levels have dropped a fair bit now. Pleasant day out though.

Tried several pegs on the west bank in the morning, no bites, Float fished and ledgered worm and tried spinning. Single fish taken about 3pm to a small mepps spinner on the A470 side of the reservoir.
