Beat clearly improved from when I fished it 5 years ago. A lot of trees cleared etc. Great job.

Very strong (and cold!) wind made this a difficult day, but managed 6 wbt between us (best about 2lbs).
All caught on nymph/spider patterns.
Sporadic hatches throughout the day prompted us to try dries at the very few rising fish, but nothing could be tempted.

Nil return.
Beat fished by my companions, they were unhappy with access and general state of the river, lots of fallen trees.

After a slow start caught a nice fish about 1/2lb on a PTN. Then around lunch time there was a small hatch & fish started rising & caught 4 more fish, 2 at about 1lb & 2 at about 3/4lb, all on a brown Klinkhammer.

The weather was so grim that I didn't fish

A cold day with no fish or flies seen.

Sadly, the weather made it unfishable

Cold, windy day with no fish or flylife seen.

Two anglers fished, our third member was ill. Fast flow and rather a breezy day. Nice day's fishing. Six small browns were caught and returned up to 20cm.
