Limit of 8 fish between 2 of us caught all before 2pm. 7 on bottom and 1 on blue fox spinner. Pulled the hook on 3 at the bank. Aggressive bites. Good day all round. What I was seeing all anglers were catching well

Only had time for a couple of hours very early due to family commitments. Spun the deeper water with a Mepps for a change. No salmon seen.

I am fairly new to all this - i guess the river was quite low - caught both fish on a nymph.

Plenty of insect life but fish only rising sporadically. Four Trout between the two of us all on the dry fly.

Dry and largely sunny day. All the big fish seem to be alluding me over the last few days. All caught on nymphs.

Warm sunny day with occasional breeze. Water low & clear with a few mayfly hatching throughout the day but little action on the water. 1 10" Grayling taken on a Duracell Nymph during the morning & 1 10" Brownie on a Pink Mary in the afternoon
